I'm Mitzi—a frequency holder, wayshower, and fellow traveler on the path of remembering.

For years, I wrestled with doubt and fear around my gifts. I knew I was sensing more—energies, visions, the whispers of my soul—but resistance kept me from trusting them. I hid pieces of myself, believing the world wasn't ready, or that I wasn't enough.

But healing has a way of dissolving the illusions we cling to. As I released those veils, something extraordinary began to happen. I started to remember—not just fragments of intuition, but the vastness of who I truly am.

I remembered lifetimes. I remembered my galactic origins. I remembered the language of light flowing through me, unlocking frequencies I had carried for eons. And with each remembrance came clarity: I am here to hold the frequency of truth so that others can remember too.
